The Website is intended to:

  • provide information about Ν.Ο.ΜΑ.Θ. as a non-profit sports association and its activities;

  • provide information about our rowing trainings and sports programmes (Maximum, Yal + Yacht, Yal + Jeeps, Jacht + Jeeps, Only Yal, Only Jeeps, Only Yacht);

  • enable you to submit online application forms for participation in our programmes and activities, including both group programmes and Private programmes (private participation of an individual or a closed company/group);

  • provide access to our policies and regulations (Programme Regulations, Training Regulations, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, etc.).

Information provided on the Website is of a general nature and does not constitute legal, medical or professional advice. Participation in our programmes and trainings may be subject to additional terms, declarations, safety instructions and regulations provided to you online or in person.

4. Eligibility and representations

By using the Website and submitting any forms, you represent and warrant that:

  2. If you are under 18, your participation has been approved and the necessary forms are signed by your parent or legal guardian, who assumes responsibility for your participation; and

6.1. Online application forms

The Website allows you to submit online forms, including on the adventure-programs page, for:

  • joining a scheduled group programme;

  • requesting a Private programme for yourself or a closed group/company;

  • expressing interest in participation in trainings or other activities.

Submitting an online form constitutes an expression of interest / a request and does not automatically guarantee participation or confirm a booking.

Your participation is confirmed only when we explicitly confirm it (for example, by email, phone, or written confirmation) and, where required, after the relevant fee has been paid and necessary documents and declarations have been signed.

6.2. Programme Regulations and Training Regulations

By applying to participate in any programme or training, you:

  • agree to read and comply with the Programme Regulations and Training Regulations, as applicable;

  • acknowledge that compliance with these Regulations is a condition for participation;

  • accept that we may refuse or suspend participation if you fail to comply with the Regulations, safety instructions or reasonable directions of our staff.

7. Health, safety and participant responsibilities

Rowing, sea and outdoor activities naturally involve physical effort and certain inherent risks. We take reasonable measures to organise activities safely and in accordance with applicable rules, but we cannot eliminate all risks.

By applying for and participating in a programme or training, you:

  1. confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are in a suitable physical and mental condition to participate in the chosen activity;

  2. agree to immediately inform us of any health condition, injury, limitation or special need that may affect your participation or require special arrangements;

  3. undertake to follow all safety instructions, rules, signals and directions given by our instructors, staff and authorised persons;

  4. undertake to use all equipment and facilities responsibly and in accordance with instructions;

  5. assume personal responsibility for your own behaviour and that of any minors in your care.

We may, at our reasonable discretion, refuse or terminate your participation if we consider that it could endanger your safety, the safety of others, or the safe conduct of the activity, including in cases of inappropriate behaviour, failure to follow safety instructions, or apparent health issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits our legal obligations with respect to safety under applicable Greek law.

8. Payments and fees

Participation in certain programmes, trainings and activities, as well as membership in the Association, may require the payment of fees (participation fees, membership fees, donations, etc.).

8.1. Payment methods

We may accept payments:

  • via the international payment system Stripe (online card payments and other methods supported by Stripe);

  • via bank transfer;

  • in cash, where this is practically and legally allowed (in which case we issue a receipt or other document in accordance with Greek law).

If you pay via Stripe, you are redirected to secure payment pages operated by Stripe. Your card details are processed directly by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not store full card details on our systems.

8.2. Prices and changes

Information about prices and fees is provided on the Website and/or in our communications with you. We reserve the right to change prices and conditions at any time; however, such changes will not affect payments already made and confirmed for specific activities, except as provided in our Programme Regulations, Refund Policy or in cases of force majeure.

8.3. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy and by the terms of the respective payment provider (for example, Stripe). Before making a payment, you are encouraged to read the Refund Policy and the conditions provided by Stripe or any other payment provider involved.
